Quick facts about St. Patrick's Day:

  • St. Patrick is the patron saint of Ireland.
  • The first St. Patrick's Day was celebrated in the 1700s.
  • You must wear green on this day or your friends can pinch you!
  • According to the Guinness Book of World Records, the most leaves ever found on a shamrock was 14!
